Amendment of the Environmental Protection Act 1990

2.  In subsection (3)(c) of section 140 (other controls on substances, articles or waste) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990(1) for “section 17 above” there shall be substituted “section 108 of the Environment Act 1995”.
