Commencement of the 1998 Act2

The provisions of the 1998 Act specified in Schedule 1 to this Order shall come into force on 1st April 1999.

The provisions of the 1998 Act specified in Schedule 2 to this Order shall come into force on 1st June 1999.

The provisions of the 1998 Act specified in Schedule 3 to this Order shall come into force on 1st September 1999.
