Modification of section 77 of the School Standards and Framework Act 1998
2. Until Schedule 22 to the School Standards and Framework Act 1998 comes into force, section 77(2)(b) of that Act shall have effect with the modification that for “either of paragraphs 1 and 2 of Schedule 22” there shall be substituted “section 231(7) of the Education Act 1996(1)”.
