Offices3
1
Section 1 of the Act shall apply to the following offices with effect from the dates specified below—
a
(with effect from 1 September 1994) Her Majesty’s Chief Inspector of Schools in England,
b
(with effect from 1 September 1992) Her Majesty’s Chief Inspector of Schools in Wales, and
c
(with effect from 1st April 1996) the Chairman of the Occupational Pensions Regulatory Authority.

The above offices are hereby added to the offices listed in Schedule 1 to the Act.
