The Traffic Director for London, following a direction given to him by the Secretary of State under section 58(1) of the Road Traffic Act 19911 and in exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 19842, and of all other enabling powers, hereby makes the following Order:—

Commencement and citation1

This Order may be cited as The A10 Trunk Road (Haringey) Red Route Traffic Order 1997 Variation Order 1998, and shall come into force on 30th January 1998.

Variations

The A10 Trunk Road (Haringey) Red Route Traffic Order 19973 is varied as provided by the provisions of this Order.

In Schedule 3A item 1 is substituted as follows:

Great Cambridge Road (A10)—east side, between a point 3.0 metres north of the party wall of Nos. 40 and 42 Great Cambridge Road and a point opposite the party wall of Nos. 36 and 38 Great Cambridge Road.

In Schedule 3A item 2 is substituted as follows:

Great Cambridge Road (A10)—west side, between a point opposite the party wall of Nos. 19 and 21 Great Cambridge Road and a point opposite the party wall of Nos. 23 and 25 Great Cambridge Road.

In Schedule 2B new items are added as follows:
