The Traffic Director for London, following a direction given to him by the Secretary of State under section 58(1) of the Road Traffic Act 19911 and in exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by section 6 of the Road Traffic Act 19842, and of all other enabling powers, hereby makes the following Order:—

Commencement and Citation1

This Order may be cited as The A1 Trunk Road (Haringey) Red Route Traffic Order 1993 Variation (No. 2) Order 1998, and shall come into force on 30th January 1998.

Variations

The A1 Trunk Road (Haringey) Red Route Traffic Order 19933 is varied as provided by the provisions of this Order.

In Schedule 2 after paragraph 6 the following item is deleted—
