Increase in rates of transitional invalidity allowance in long-term incapacity benefit cases

15.  In the Social Security (Incapacity Benefit) (Transitional) Regulations 1995(1), in regulation 18(2)—

(a) in sub-paragraph (a), for the sum of £13.15 there shall be substituted the sum of £13.60;

(b) in sub-paragraph (b), for the sum of £8.30 there shall be substituted the sum of £8.60; and

(c) in sub-paragraph (c), for the sum of £4.15 there shall be substituted the sum of £4.30.
