The Road Traffic (Special Parking Area) (London Borough of Redbridge) (Amendment) Order 1998
NOW, the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 76(1) and section 77(6) of Road Traffic Act 1991 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:–

This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (Special Parking Area) (London Borough of Redbridge) (Amendment) Order 1998 and shall come into force on 1st February 1999.

Unnamed service road (off Woodford Avenue–north east side) between its junction with (A1400) Woodford Avenue and a point adjacent to the north western wall of No. 42a Woodford Avenue.”.

This Order amends the Schedule to the Road Traffic (Special Parking Area) (London Borough of Redbridge) Order 1994. That Order designated the whole of the London Borough of Redbridge, excluding those roads referred to in the Schedule, as a special parking area for the purposes of Part II of the Road Traffic Act 1991. This Order adds a new item 78A to that Schedule and has the effect of excluding the road described in that item from the special parking area.
