Whereas the council of the London Borough of Redbridge has applied to the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions for an order to be made under section 76 of the Road Traffic Act 19911 and the Secretary of State has consulted the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis in accordance with section 76(2) of that Act:
NOW, the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 76(1) and section 77(6) of Road Traffic Act 1991 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:–

This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (Special Parking Area) (London Borough of Redbridge) (Amendment) Order 1998 and shall come into force on 1st February 1999.

The Schedule to the Road Traffic (Special Parking Area) (London Borough of Redbridge) Order 19942 shall be amended as follows.

After paragraph 78 there shall be inserted–
78A
Unnamed service road (off Woodford Avenue–north east side) between its junction with (A1400) Woodford Avenue and a point adjacent to the north western wall of No. 42a Woodford Avenue.
