63.8.—(1) Parties do not need to file [F2a directions questionnaire].
(2) The following provisions only of Part 29 apply—
(a)rule 29.3(2) (legal representatives to attend case management conferences);
(b)rule 29.4 [F3(the parties must endeavour to agree case management directions)]; and
(c)rule 29.5 (variation of case management timetable) with the exception of paragraph (1)(b) and (c).
(3) As soon as practicable the court will hold a case management conference which must be fixed in accordance with [F4Practice Direction 63].]
