The Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 131 of the Housing Act 1985(1) hereby makes the following Order:–
1985 c. 68; subsection (1) of section 131 is amended by section 122 of the Housing Act 1988 (c. 50).
