Application of section 71 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990E+W+S
15. Section 71(1) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 (obtaining of information) shall apply for the purposes of these Regulations as if any reference to functions under Part II of that Act included a reference to functions under these regulations.
