This Order provides for commencement on 30th June 1999 of section 103 of the Local Government etc. (Scotland) Act 1994. This provision inserts sections 37A and 37B into the Sewerage (Scotland) Act 1968 which require sewerage authorities to maintain a register for the purposes of Part II of that Act and allow information to be excluded from the register in certain circumstances.
