Amendment of Rules

9.  In rule 12–

(a) in paragraph (2), “7,” shall be deleted;

(b) paragraph (3) shall be deleted; and

(c) in paragraph (4), for the words from “to the planning” to “to the Secretary of State”, there shall be substituted–

• “to–

  (a)

  the planning authority;

  (b)

  the appellant;

  (c)

  each relevant person; and

  (d)

  the Secretary of State,”.
