Citation and interpretation
1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Teaching and Higher Education Act 1998 (Commencement No. 3) Order 1998.
(2) In this Order–
“the 1988 Act” means the Education Reform Act 1988(1); and
“the 1998 Act” means the Teaching and Higher Education Act 1998.
