The School Standards and Framework Act 1998 (Commencement No. 2 and Supplemental, Saving and Transitional Provisions) Order 1998 No. 2212 (C. 49)

2.—(1) The provisions of the 1998 Act specified in Part I of Schedule 1 to this Order shall come into force on 1st October 1998.

(2) The provisions of the 1998 Act specified in Part II of Schedule 1 to this Order shall come into force on 1st December 1998.

(3) The provisions of the 1998 Act specified in Part III of Schedule 1 to this Order shall come into force on 1st February 1999.

(4) The provisions of the 1998 Act specified in Part IV of Schedule 1 to this Order shall come into force on 1st April 1999.
