The provisions of the 1998 Act specified in Part I of Schedule 1 to this Order shall come into force on 1st October 1998.

The provisions of the 1998 Act specified in Part II of Schedule 1 to this Order shall come into force on 1st December 1998.

The provisions of the 1998 Act specified in Part III of Schedule 1 to this Order shall come into force on 1st February 1999.

The provisions of the 1998 Act specified in Part IV of Schedule 1 to this Order shall come into force on 1st April 1999.
