Subject to the following articles, the following provisions of the Teaching and Higher Education Act 1998 shall come into force on the day after this Order is made:

• section 44(2), for the purpose of bringing into force the provisions of Schedule 4 referred to below;

• in Schedule 4, the repeals relating to:

• the 1990 Act;

• the 1996 Act; and

• the 1998 Act.
