Saving for the Trade Descriptions Act 1968 and the Consumer Protection Act 1987

6.  Nothing in regulation 5(1) shall be taken to authorise any person to apply any number or mark referred to therein in contravention of the Trade Descriptions Act 1968(1) or the Consumer Protection Act 1987(2).
