The Disability Discrimination Act 1995 (Commencement No. 5) Order 1998

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 70(3) of the Disability Discrimination Act 19951 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:—
Citation1
This Order may be cited as the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 (Commencement No. 5) Order 1998.
Provisions coming into force2
Sections 46, 47 and, insofar as it relates to section 46, section 48 of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 shall come into force on 13th May 1998.
