PART VIII U.K. CONTROL OF DIRECTIVE 82/471 PRODUCTS

Wrapping, packaging and storage by intermediaries of Directive 82/471 products referred to in Article 3.1 of Directive 95/69 U.K.

65.  No intermediary shall wrap, package or store a Directive 82/471 product of any kind referred to in Chapter I.1(a) of the Annex, other than a UK approved or permitted Article 3.1(P) intermediary.
