Amendments 2 The form set out in the Schedule to the Housing Renewal Grants (Prescribed Form and Particulars) Regulations 1996 is amended as mentioned in the Schedule to these Regulations. Application 3 These Regulations shall not have effect in relation to applications for a grant made before 14th April 1997. Regulation 3 stops the Regulations applying to applications made before 14th April 1997.
