Citation, commencement and interpretation1.

This Order may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) (Scotland) Amendment Order 1997 and shall come into force on 9th April 1997.

In this Order “the 1992 Order” means the Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) (Scotland) Order 19922.
