The United Kingdom Central Council for Nursing, Midwifery and Health Visiting (Electoral Scheme) Variation Order 1997

In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by paragraph 2(3) of Schedule 1 to the Nurses, Midwives and Health Visitors Act 19791 and having approved the variation to the electoral scheme prepared and submitted to me by the United Kingdom Central Council for Nursing, Midwifery and Health Visiting under paragraph 2(1) of that Schedule, I hereby give effect to the variation to the scheme which is set out in the Schedule to this Order.
