<Text>The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 126(3) of National Health Service Act 1977<FootnoteRef Ref="f00001"/> and by section 5(1) of, and paragraph 29(1) of Schedule 2 to, the National Health Service and Community Care Act 1990<FootnoteRef Ref="f00002"/> and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, considering it appropriate in the interests of the health service to make this Order<FootnoteRef Ref="f00003"/>, and after completion of the consultation prescribed under paragraph 29(3) of Schedule 2 to the latter Act<FootnoteRef Ref="f00004"/>, hereby makes the following Order:</Text>
