This Order substitutes the amount of £135 for the amount of £130. (Dependency) (Permitted Earnings Limits) Order 1997 and shall come into force on 1st April 1997.</p></content></article><article eId="article-2"><heading>Increase of earnings limits in respect of dependent children</heading><num>2.</num><content><p>In paragraph 4 of Schedule 7<authorialNote class="footnote" eId="f00002" marker="2"><p>The figures in paragraph 4(4) were up-rated by article 2 of <abbr class="acronym" title="Statutory Instrument">S.I.</abbr> <ref eId="c00002" href="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/id/uksi/1992/524">1992/524</ref>, article 2 of <abbr class="acronym" title="Statutory Instrument">S.I.</abbr> <ref eId="c00003" href="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/id/uksi/1993/722">1993/722</ref>, article 2 of <abbr class="acronym" title="Statutory Instrument">S.I.</abbr> <ref eId="c00004" href="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/id/uksi/1995/581">1995/581</ref> and article 2 of <abbr class="acronym" title="Statutory Instrument">S.I.</abbr> <ref
