A copy of the schedule of trust property to which the Order refers can be obtained at the Department of Health, National Health Service Trust Unit, Room 1N33F, Quarry House, Quarry Hill, Leeds LS2 7UE. 1997 No. 447 NATIONAL HEALTH SERVICE, ENGLAND AND WALES The Northampton Community Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1997 Made 24th February 1997 Laid before Parliament 3rd March 1997 Coming into force 25th March 1997 The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 92(1) of the National Health Service Act 1977 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, having regard to the change in the arrangements for the administration of hospitals and other establishments and facilities previously managed by the former Northampton Health Authority resulting from the establishment of the Northampton Community Healthcare National Health Service Trust, having consulted the Northamptonshire Health Authority and that Trust in accordance with section 92(3) of that Act, hereby makes the following Order: Citation, commencement and interpretation 1 1 This Order may be cited as the Northampton Community Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1997 and shall come into force on 25th March 1997. 2 In this Order— “the Authority” means Northamptonshire Health Authority; “the Trust” means the Northampton Community Healthcare National Health Service Trust; “the trust property” means the items specified in a schedule of trust property prepared by and agreed upon by the Authority and the Trust on 29th November 1996, which schedule has been signed on behalf of both the Authority and the Trust. Transfer of trust property 2 On 25th March 1997 the trust property shall be transferred from the Authority to the Trust. Signed by authority of the Secretary of State for Health.
