2. The percentage specified in section 11(11) of the Lotteries and Amusements Act 1976(1) (which is the maximum percentage of the proceeds of a society’s lottery or a local lottery that may be appropriated for the provision of prizes) shall, instead of 50 per cent, be 55 per cent.
