11. Nothing in this Order shall prejudice or derogate from any of the powers, rights, duties or privileges of Trinity House.
12.—(1) The following provisions are hereby repealed on the transfer date—
(a)sections 17, 22 and 23 of the Llanelly Harbour Act 1904(1); and
(b)the Pier and Harbour Order (Llanelly) Confirmation Act 1954(2)(and the Order scheduled to it).
(2) Article 4(4) of the Local Authorities etc. (Miscellaneous Provisions) (No. 2) Order 1974(3)is hereby revoked on the transfer date.
