The Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, the Secretary of State for Scotland and the Secretary of State for Wales, acting jointly, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by sections 1(1) and (2) of the Bees Act 1980(1) and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:
