Amendment of Schedule to the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 19602.
(1)
The Schedule to the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 (bodies to which that Act applies) shall be amended as follows.
(2)
After paragraph 1(k), there shall be added the following sub-paragraph—
“(l)
National Health Service trusts established under section 5(1) of the National Health Service and Community Care Act 1990.”.
(3)
After paragraph 2(d), there shall be added the following sub-paragraph—
“(dd)
National Health Service trusts established under section 12A of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 19782.”.
