Sections 152 to 1702 and 172 to 181 of, and Schedule 5 to, the Merchant Shipping Act 1995, subject to the exceptions, adaptations and modifications specified in the Schedule to this Order, shall extend to the British Antarctic Territory; and any instrument made, or to be made, under section 152(2), 157(2), 172(2) or 176(5) shall also extend to the British Antarctic Territory.
