Amendment of principal Regulations 2 For regulation 41 of the principal Regulations there shall be substituted the following regulation— Functions of the Qualifications and Curriculum Authority and the Qualifications, Curriculum and Assessment Authority for Wales 41 Sections 23 and 29 of the Education Act 1997 shall apply in relation to a grant-maintained special school which is not established in a hospital as they apply in relation to a grant-maintained school. .
