The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 126(3) of the National Health Service Act 1977

Citation and commencement1.

This Order may be cited as the Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire Ambulance and Paramedic Service National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 1997 and shall come into force on 15th January 1997.

Amendment of NHS trust Establishment Order2.

In Article 4 of the Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire Ambulance and Paramedic Service National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1992

S.I. 1992/2538.

for “5 non-executive” there shall be substituted “4 non-executive” and for “5 executive” there shall be substituted “4 executive”..
