This Order amends that requirement so that relevant bodies will need to effect publication within 6 months after the end of the financial year. Publication of Performance Information 2 The period specified in paragraph (b) of section 1(2) of the Local Government Act 1992 is hereby varied by substituting, in that paragraph, the word “six” for the word “nine”.
