Section 1(2)(b) of the Local Government Act 1992 has effect in Scotland so as to require local authorities, joint committees and joint boards to publish information as to their standards of performance in a financial year (in accordance with directions by the Accounts Commission for Scotland) no later than 9 months after the end of that year. This Order amends that requirement so that relevant bodies will need to effect publication within 6 months after the end of the financial year.
