The A3 Trunk Road (Roehampton Vale, Wandsworth) (Prescribed Routes) Order 1988 (Variation) Order 1997

The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 6(1) and (3) of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 19841, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, and after consultation with the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis pursuant to section 7(6) of that Act2, hereby makes the following Order:

This Order may be cited as the A3 Trunk Road (Roehampton Vale, Wandsworth) (Prescribed Routes) Order 1988 (Variation) Order 1997 and shall come into force on 13th January 1997.

2. (1)

The A3 Trunk Road (Roehampton Vale, Wandsworth) (Prescribed Routes) Order 19883 shall be varied as follows:

In article 3(b) for the words “being a point 30 metres southwest” to the end of article 3, there shall be substituted the words “being a point 10 metres southwest of the northeastern boundary of Number 136 Roehampton Vale”.
