This Order revokes the Dockyard Services (Rosyth) (Designation and Appointed Day) Order 1986 (S.I. 1986/2244), which designated Rosyth Royal Dockyard and the dockyard services provided therein for the purposes of section 1(1) of the Act and appointed a day for the purposes of section 1(1) of the Act. 1997 No. 151 (C.19) HARBOURS, DOCKS, PIERS AND FERRIES The Dockyard Services (Rosyth) (Designation and Appointed Day) (Revocation) Order 1997 Made 20th February 1997 Laid before Parliament 24th February 1997 Coming into force 24th February 1997 The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 1(1) of the Dockyard Services Act 1986, and of all other enabling powers, hereby makes the following Order: 1 This Order may be cited as the Dockyard Services (Rosyth) (Designation and Appointed Day) (Revocation) Order 1997 and shall come into force on 24th February 1997. 2 The Dockyard Services (Rosyth) (Designation and Appointed Day) Order 1986 is hereby revoked.
