Parish and community council powers and minor amendments3.

The following provisions of the Act shall come into force on 19th May 1997—

(a)

Part III;

(b)

section 33, in so far as it relates to the provisions mentioned in paragraphs (c) and (d) below;

(c)

in Schedule 3, paragraphs 1 and 11 to 16;

(d)

in Schedule 4, the repeals set out in the Schedule to this Order.
