Coming into force
The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 126(3) of the National Health Service Act 19771 and section 5(1) of the National Health Service and Community Care Act 19902 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, after completion of the consultation prescribed under section 5(2) of the latter Act3, hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement1.

This Order may be cited as the Kingston and District Community National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 1997 and shall come into force on 31st March 1997.

Amendment of NHS trust Establishment Order2.

In Article 3(2) of the Kingston and District Community National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 19934

(a)

in sub-paragraph (a) for “KT6 9QT” there shall be substituted “KT6 7QU”; and

(b)

for sub-paragraph (b) there shall be substituted the following new sub-paragraph:

“(b)

to manage community health services provided from Tolworth Hospital, Red Lion Road, Tolworth, Surrey KT6 7QU and to own the associated premises.”.
