The Insurance Companies (Reserves) Act 1995 (Commencement) Order 1996

The Secretary of State, in exercise of his powers under section 4(2) of the Insurance Companies (Reserves) Act 1995(1), hereby makes the following Order:—

1.  This Order may be cited as the Insurance Companies (Reserves) Act 1995 (Commencement) Order 1996.

2.  Sections 1 and 3 of the Insurance Companies (Reserves) Act 1995 shall come into force on 30th April 1996.
