Citation, commencement and interpretation
1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the National Assistance (Assessment of Resources) (Amendment) Regulations 1996 and shall come into force on 8th April 1996.
(2) In these Regulations “the principal Regulations” means the National Assistance (Assessment of Resources) Regulations 1992(1).
