Council Tax and Non-Domestic Rating (Demand Notices) (England) Amendment Regulations 1996

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 143(1) and (2) of, and paragraphs 1 and 2(2)(ga) and (h) of Schedule 9 to the Local Government Finance Act 19881 and section 113(1) and (2) of, and paragraphs 1, 2(4)(j) and 14(1) of Schedule 2 to, the Local Government Finance Act 19922, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:—
