The Disability Discrimination Act 1995 (Commencement No. 4) Order 1996

The Secretary of State for Social Security, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 70(3) of the Disability Discrimination Act 19951 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
Citation1
This Order may be cited as the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 (Commencement No. 4) Order 1996.
Appointed day2
The day appointed for the coming into force of section 16(3) of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 to the extent that it is not already in force is 2nd December 1996.
