The Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council
Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 12(4) of the Intelligence Services Act 1994(1), is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:
1. This Order may be cited as the Intelligence Services Act 1994 (Dependent Territories) (Amendment) Order 1996 and shall come into force on 10th December 1996.
2. The Intelligence Services Act 1994 (Dependent Territories) Order 1995(2) shall be amended as follows:
“Bermuda” is added to the list in the Schedule to the Order (colonies to which certain provisions of the Act extend).

This Order extends section 5(1) (warrants) and section 11(1) (interpretation) of the Intelligence Services Act 1994 to Bermuda.
