The Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council
Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred on Her by section 34(2) and (3) of the Antarctic Act 19941, and all other powers enabling Her in that behalf, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:—
Citation and commencement1
—This Order may be cited as the Antarctic Act 1994 (Gibraltar) Order 1996 and shall come into force on 15th November 1996.
Amendment to the principal Order2
—The Antarctic Act 1994 (Overseas Territories) Order 19952 shall be amended by adding Gibraltar to the list of territories in Schedule 2 to the Order.
