Coming into force
The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of powers conferred on him by section 126(3) of the National Health Service Act 19771 and section 5(1) of the National Health Service and Community Care Act 19902 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, having completed consultation with the Central Nottinghamshire Healthcare National Health Service Trust3, hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement1
This Order may be cited as the Central Nottinghamshire Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 1996 and shall come into force on 12th November 1996.
Amendment of Establishment Order2
In Article 3(2) of the Central Nottinghamshire Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 19924 (functions of the trust)—
a
in sub-paragraph (a) for “Newark General Hospital, London Road, Newark-on-Trent, Nottinghamshire NG24 1TG” there shall be substituted “Newark Hospital, Bowbridge Road, Newark, Nottinghamshire NG24 4DK”; and
b
in sub-paragraph (b) for “Pine House, Ransom Hospital, Rainworth, Nr Mansfield, Nottinghamshire NG21 0ER” there shall be substituted “Central Nottinghamshire Healthcare Trust Headquarters, Southwell Road, Mansfield, Nottinghamshire NG18 4HH”.
