The Security Service Act 1996 (Commencement) Order 1996

In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 4(2) of the Security Service Act 19961, I hereby make the following Order:

This Order may be cited as the Security Service Act 1996 (Commencement) Order 1996.

The Security Service Act 1996 shall come into force on 14th October 1996.

This Order brings into force on 14th October 1996 all the provisions of the Security Service Act 1996.
