In section 15(3) of the Rent Act 197739 (landlord’s interest belonging to registered housing association &c.)—
a
in paragraph (a), for “registered under the Housing Associations Act 1985” substitute “a registered social landlord within the meaning of the Housing Act 1985 (see section 5(4) and (5) of that Act)”, and
b
in paragraph (b), for “that Act” substitute “the Housing Associations Act 1985”.
