NOTE Notwithstanding the fact that the fixtures listed in Categories 1 to 6, 8 and 10 in this Schedule do not require a warrant, they shall in all respects and in the manner of their fitting meet any relevant requirements of these Regulations (see section 6(1) of the Act). Fixtures in Categories 7, 7A and 9 shall also meet any relevant requirements of these Regulations, and it should be noted that section 6(8) of the Act(2) applies to these categories.” | ||
