Oxidizing substances (classification code 5.1)
7.—(1) The carriage of packages containing OXIDIZING SUBSTANCES, (other than HYDRO GEN PEROXIDE, SOLUTIONS OF HYDROGEN PEROXIDE OR TETRANI TROMETHANE), in small containers is permitted, provided the packages are not fragile packages.
(2) The carriage in bulk of any of the following goods in small containers is permitted provided the containes are of the closed type with complete walls and are made of metal—
